Ramping Up
The upcoming football season is rapidly approaching, and camps are being held all across the country at all levels for preparations.
The NFL preseason started this past Thursday with the inaugural Hall of Fame game, and while it wasn’t the most premier of matchups in terms of starters, it was good just to know that meaningful football is just around the corner. The Chargers backups routed the Lions 34-7, but as we all know, the preseason means nothing.
On the College Football landscape, players are learning new playbooks, fighting for spots on the depth chart, and helping new transfers find their role. The coaches, however, are looking for the best unit to trot out every Saturday this Fall in hopes of securing one of the top 12 spots in the highly coveted College Football Playoff.
